We are designing Websites using state of art technology and tool. We develop Static, Dynamic, Content Management, SEO and E-Commerce based Websites. We uses HTML, DHTML, JAVA SCRIPT, CGI, PERL, FRONT PAGE EXTENSION, JSP, CORBA, STRUTS, EJB, RMI, ASP, ASP.NET, PHP as scripting and programming language. We use MS ACCESS, MS SQL SERVER, MYSQL and ORACLE as Database Server for the sites we design.

Our Workshop Module simplifies the process of tracking Customer Vehicle services in your ERP system. This module processes Job cards, Quotations, labor, warranty, Confirmation, Requisitions to the stores, Issues from the stores and customer billing. And best of all this is done in a completely integrated system all in real time. Customer satisfaction and operating margins are dramatically enhanced with the Mars Track ERP Workshop module

At the end of each day, the system can automatically generate as an email, the daily sales done from the workshop by cash and credit customers. This maximizes the use of your staff and increases the number of customers that can be serviced daily.

Automatic alerts are available to see the status of Jobs. Management staff can keep track on the ongoing Job status.

Our Solution

1. Open Job cards for every Customer vehicle.
2. Raise a Workshop quotation to the client before actual fitment or service is done on the Vehicle
3. Raise an Online requisition to the stores department.
4. Issue Parts to the workshop from the stores department.
5. Parts return from workshop to stores.
6. Process warranty claims.
7. Include Costing for Labor, Non stock Items and Service Operations such as wheel alignment, wheel balancing etc.
8. Close Job cards before Invoicing.
9. Raise a Job Invoice to the client for completed job.
